CLIENT LOOKING FOR THE FOLLOWING IMAGES OF THE STORY BELOW:
In 1986, Ukrainian athlete Yiriy Sedykh tossed a hammer 86.74 meters, setting a new world record. Amazingly, that record still stands today, making it the longest-standing track- and field world record by a country mile. This event took place on August 30, 1986 at the European Championships in Stuggart, West Germany.
- Need images of Sedykh setting that record in 1896
- Recent images of him
- A roundup of the best images of his career
- Any recent of historical still life images of the “Hammer,” ( looks the same today, just a 16 lb. ball on the end of a meter -long cable).
- Very old historical images or illustrations of hammer throwing.
Please remember to FTP your images as usual and email Sales@ZUMAPRESS.com and let them know what you sent and when you sent it…THANKS Rebekah!
