After spending many years abroad pursuing education and career opportunities as a building technology consultant, PEIN LEE returned to Asia in 2006, specifically Malaysia. Reportage photography had became a habitual way of recording his travels and experiences, and led to an in-depth and active involvement in bearing witness to events and human stories around him. Humanitarian and travel photography are his key interests, but recently Pein has found a calling towards music photography as well as motorsports, while maintaining a diverse blend of interests means he is ready to cover any story of public interest. Having produced a series of complete feature productions for The Star newspaper in Malaysia as well as regional online news portals, and magazines in print, Pein looks forward to participating in photojournalism internationally.
