August 18, 2024 -Golfo Triste, Venezuela: New oil spill on the coasts of Venezuela extends for 30km in the states of Carabobo and Falcón. The spill, according to satellite views, already covers almost 30km of coastline and could reach the Morrocoy National Park, affecting the flora and fauna of the area, as well as fishing and tourist activity.
