February 20, 2025, Huntington Beach, California, USA: CHRIS KLUWE, a former NFL punter was arrested during Huntington Beach City Council meeting Tuesday evening protesting against a plaque with a ‘MAGA’ acronym being placed outside the city’s library for its 50th anniversary. Kluwe, a former Minnesota Vikings punter, took the podium during Tuesday night’s meeting expressing his opposition over the plaque and performed what he called an act of civil disobedience and rushed toward the council members before he was arrested and carried out by police officers.
