August 7, 2025, Berlin, Berlin, Germany: Dozens of demonstrators gathered Thursday, August 7, 2025, near Berlin’s iconic Brandenburg Gate to demand the immediate return of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. The peaceful protest, held at Pariser Platz, drew German Jews, Israeli expats, and supporters waving Israeli flags and holding signs reading ”Bring Them Home Now.” Chants of ”Free the hostages!” and ”Am Yisrael Chai” echoed across the square, a symbolic site just steps from Germany’s Holocaust memorial.
