July 26, 2024, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA: Passengers disembarked from their American Airlines flight in the middle of the boarding process at Philadelphia International Airport Friday because there was no First Officer aboard the plane. The flight had already been delayed by four hours. Passengers were directed to a rebooking desk which was not staffed. They were then sent to another one at another end of the terminal.
