Hong Kong is poised for what could be City’s largest ever property related insurance payout in a single case after a massive Class-4 Fire engulfed EMPIRE GROUP’s Kimpton Hotel which was scheduled to complete within the year. The massive fire caused damage to neighbouring buildings which include residential mansion, newly built office building and hotels. The claim could run from 200 million HK Dollars to as much as 500 million HK Dollars (from 25 million US Dollars up).
