The recent Ukrainian counter attack has forced Russian troops into a rapid retreat as Ukraine retakes areas from Russian control. Russia still holds about a fifth of the country, but the retreat is being seen by many analysts as significant with the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) claiming that Ukrainian troops have inflicted a ‘major operational defeat’ on Russian forces. Mr Zelensky says: ‘Our main goal is to de-occupy our whole territory.’ Welcome to ‘UKRAINE WAR: DAY 203’
