Scott Mc Kiernan Presents zReportage.com Issue #963 Story of the Week: Published TUESDAY November 12, 2024: ‘Shifting The Paradigm’ by ZUMA Partner agency Ukrinform photo-journalist Dmytro Smolienko: With less than two months left in the White House, President Biden is running out of time to expedite the delivery of funds and weapons needed for Ukraine to stay in the fight against the Russian invasion. The White House is transferring weapons and up to USD 6 billion in remaining aid as quickly as possible to Ukraine while advocates for Kyiv are calling on the White House to repeal restrictions on long-range weapons ahead of president elect Trump entering office. Biden remains in control of US foreign policy until Trump’s inauguration on January 20. But the prospect of a sea change in Ukraine policy under Trump makes it unlikely that any serious changes by Biden will remain in place under the new administration. Welcome to ‘Shifting The Paradigm’
