“I look at images that come in that are ingested to the ZUMA database, which is roughly, on an average day somewhere between 40,000 and 50,000 images. During the Olympics, it’s easily twice, maybe three times that. Doctors have declared no future for her.
Her brother is flying to Azores.
Avid scuba diver, Alison was scuba diving in Azores and a complication due to COVID, caused a heart attack while diving.
Causing her to go into a coma 😦
Regular at NGS (National Geographic Society) annual summit, as a prolific Nat Geo contributor.
Scores of books from her endless global travels and adventures.
