FINN-ISH LINE: Olympic Women’s 800 metres final, Finland’s SARA KUIVISTO, 29, (bib number 1894) on way to breaking national record again after breaking in her last heat to make the semi-finals at the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, Saturday. Finishing 6th while breaking a 30 year mark for Finnish women in the 800 meters, running a stunning new Finnish record of 1.59.41 in the 800-meter semi-finals of the Tokyo Olympics. This is the first time ever a Finnish woman has run 800 meters in less than two minutes.
