One of photojournalism’s great has left us:(
With his boots on, and classically, covering the biggest story of our times – an unbelievable loss.
Feeling a very deep sadness at losing him, way too early…
His lovely wife Nikki and all his family are in our thoughts.
Spoke to him a few weeks ago, and Michel was so excited about his work on Ebola and pure way people in Africa acted and treated him and supported his work.
To my friend and one the most brilliant kind of people I have ever known, FAREWELL!
We are all better for his all to brief but remarkable presence on our planet…
Miss u fellow red chip club member.
Miss your vision, wisdom and spirit.
Scott
