March 14, 2017 – Orange, California, USA – Detainees in Module I at the Theo Lacy Facility on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The Orange County sheriff conducted a media tour of the jail that included the intake area, the kitchen, an isolation unit and a modular holding area.
