October 4, 2020, New York, New York, USA: Trump supporters gather in their cars, in front of Trump Tower on 5th Avenue, to show their support for President Trump after he tested positive for Coronavirus early Friday morning. Trump is now undergoing medical treatment at Walter Reed Medical Center.
