Juan Guaido interim president of Venezuela, visited and toured the streets of the city before holding a neighborhood assembly to talk about the elections that I call fraudulent, to be held next Sunday and which are unknown by the international community. I also call the population to participate in the popular consultation scheduled for the 12th of this month.
