In 2018 Florida Amendment 4 restored voting rights to as many as 1.4 million former lawbreakers who had completed their sentences, but then things got complicated. Nearly two years after the landmark constitutional amendment allowing felons to vote, was passed, the state officials don’t know how many have registered. They also don’t know how many convicts on the voter rolls owe court fees, fines or restitution that would disqualify them from voting under a subsequent state law that limited the amendment’s scope. October 23, 2020: Malang, East Java Province, Indonesia:Thousands of workers wore masks separated by plastic covers as part of measures amid during the Covid-19 outbreak when processing Hand-Kretek Cigarettes (SKT) at Gudang Baru cigarette factory.The Indonesian government is trying to suppress the increase in positive cases of Covid-19 to reach 381,910 people, the recovery status reached 305,100 people and the recovered status reached 13,077 people on October 23. As well as maintaining the sustainability of small and large companies, businesses when the decline in Indonesia’s economic growth reaches -1 to -2, 9 percent in the third quarter of the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak which entered the brink of recession.

October 22, 2020 – Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia: Students and laborers again staged the second rallies called “Bali Tidak Diam” (Bali Are Not Silent) in front of Udayana University, to not support Indonesian laborers of the new rule; Omnibus Law. This new law was created by Indonesian parliament which fears of crippling laborers rights and harm the environment.

Wong confessed to the media the horrible mental torture that she had to endure during 14 months of imprisonment in the Mainland.

October 16, 2020, Malang, East Java Province, indoensia: Hundreds of residents simultaneously wash their hands along village roads, part of the 3M disciplinary movement campaign (washing hands, maintaining distance, and wearing masks) to the community during the Covid-19 outbreak.These activities were the result of community cooperation with the USAID agency program ( United States Agency for International Development) to increase and awareness of the discipline of health protocols. when positive cases increased to reach 357,762 people, cases recovered 281,592 people and left reached 12,431 people on October 17 in Indonesia.
